We honor nearly every participating insurance plan* including nationwide health insurance, employer or individual insurance policies, Medicare insurance and small business health care plans.

Self Pay Plans
We offer individualized plans for those who are under-insured by a health insurance employer, or who have a high deductible. Please call our billing specialist for details at 888-921-9321.
